Chairman

Chris brings decades of strategic and marketing expertise having been the global brand manager of Unilever based in Bangkok, Shanghai and London. He is currently President of U-Franchise Sales & Management, the Philippines' largest Franchise Sales & Marketing Company and is Co-founder and CEO of Zoom Lab Digital, a digital marketing consultancy.

He graduated with distinction honors from Oxford University with a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategy Innovation and studied in Canada, Singapore and the Philippines. He is also a recipient of the Agora Award for Entrepreneurship, the most presitigious marketing award in the Philippines.

Noel Siggaoat

Vice Chairman

Noel brings a wealth of experience in financial management, operations and franchising. As Managing Director of Francorp Philippines, he leads a team of over 20 consultants that help hundreds of brands grow from one to many.

He has extensive experience working for financial systems consulting practices of EXIS Consulting in New York and the Union Bank of Switzerland. He has also worked as Senior Consultant for the Manila office of SGV & Co. / Andersen Consulting.

He also holds an MBA from the Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with areas of specialization in Finance and Operations Research.

Together with a Masters in Entrepreneurship from AIM, he continues to grow Farron Cafe, aiming to expand in Indonesia and other Southeast Asian Countries. He also continues to help countless business owner scale up their business through mentorship and advise.
