1. Who is ActionCOACH?

ActionCOACH is a global business coaching company founded in 1993 in Brisbane, Australia. It now operates in over 80 countries with more than 1,000 partners. Its mission is “World abundance through business re-education.”  

2. What is business coaching?

Business coaching involves guiding business owners in key areas like time management, team development, financial performance, and personal motivation. Coaches act as mentors, confidants, and accountability partners.  

3. What will I do and sell as an ActionCOACH?

You’ll offer 1-on-1 coaching, group sessions, training workshops, and 12-week masterclass programs. ActionCOACH uses a subscription-based model for continuous coaching services.

4. What background or qualifications do I need?

No formal requirements, though business or coaching experience is helpful. Ideal candidates often have backgrounds in sales, marketing, operations, or teaching.  

5. Why buy a franchise instead of doing it yourself?

6. How much is a franchise and what are the ongoing fees?

  • Initial franchise fee: USD 10,000 (Partner) or USD 25,000 (Firm)
  • Training fees: USD 10,000 (Partner), USD 20,000 (Firm)
  • Royalties and marketing fees are discussed during your discovery call  

7. How much startup capital will I need?

Depends on your growth plan. Ranges from USD 25,000 for a single coach setup to USD 75,000 for a multi-coach firm.  

8. What upfront and ongoing training will I get?

You’ll receive extensive pre-training, 5–10 days of live training, post-training support, and monthly education—all led by experienced ActionCOACH partners.

9. What does startup and ongoing support look like?

From pre training. live training to post training and continuous mentorship and support, you’ll benefit from peer mentoring and tech-enabled collaboration tools.  

10. What contracts will I have to sign?

You’ll sign a standard franchise agreement co-developed by Francorp Philippines, the largest franchise consulting company in the country  

11. Can I sell my franchise later on?

Yes, franchises are sellable. Your business coaching business is an asset and the resale value depends on your territory, client base, and business performance.

Client Acquisition and Marketing

12. Who is my target market?

Your clients are business owners, executives, and professionals—primarily in small to medium-sized businesses (5–50 employees, over Php 3M in annual revenue).  

13. How will I get leads?

Leads come through direct outreach, partnerships, digital campaigns, referrals, and marketing efforts at local, regional, and global levels.  

14. How will I make sales?

You’ll use a structured 13-step onboarding process that helps "coach" prospects into making decisions. Sales training is provided.

15. How will I do social media and get a website?

You’ll receive a personalized local website (typically hosted on HubSpot or similar) and ready-to-use social media content, backed by marketing team support.  

Coaching Process & Delivery

16. What does a normal week look like?

Tues–Thurs are typically coaching days; Mon and Fri are for marketing and admin. Programs run in 13-week cycles with planning and reviews.  

17. What does a coaching session look like?

Each session lasts about an hour, usually via Zoom. Sessions involve reviewing past performance and planning ahead using structured frameworks and digital tools.  

18. How will I get results for clients?

Using a proven 6-step system: Mastery, Marketing, Systems, Team, Synergy, and Results—emphasizing accountability, community, and continuous learning.

19. What events or training programs will I offer?

These include 12-week coaching programs, and 1- or 2-day in-house workshops on leadership, sales, and more.

20. Is there a technology platform I get to use?

Yes—an all-in-one platform with CRM, LMS, client management, and business systems. It provides seamless access with a single login.  

21. Can I work from a home office?

Yes, initially. However, a physical office is encouraged over time to build client trust and scale your team.

22. Will I do it all myself or build a team?

You can start solo or build a team that may include admin staff, marketers, and additional coaches. Training is available for all roles.  

23. Will you help me hire and train my team?

Yes. You’ll get access to job profiles, recruitment tools, and training programs—some of which are delivered directly by ActionCOACH.  

24. How will I work with other franchise partners?

You’ll connect through regular Zoom calls, local meetups, and a global partner network. There are also group interviews and peer mentoring opportunities.

25. Why is it territory-based? What’s my territory?

You get exclusive rights to your area, which is considered a business asset. This system ensures local market focus and fair competition.
